1.2 UK Skills operates the training databank. We are a not-for-profit ogranisation which champions vocational skills and learning for work. We run the National Training Awards on behalf of the Department for Education and Skills.
1.3 The provision of this website to you is subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. By using or accessing our website, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, the terms of use and the Privacy Policy as they may be modified and posted on our website from time to time.

2.1 The material contained in UK Skills’ website is provided for general purposes only. UK Skills accepts no responsibility for loss arising out of or in connection with the viewing, use or performance of our website or its content whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause and whether on the part of UK Skills or our servants, agents or any other person or entity. For the avoidance of doubt, UK Skills expressly excludes liability for information featured in the training databank.

We have used out best endeavours to ensure that our website, excluding the content of the Training Databank, complies with UK laws. 9.1 These Terms of Use replace all other terms and conditions previously applicable to the use of our website.
