2.1 We do not collect, process or store information of users of the website except for the following:

2.1.1 Users’ Internet Protocol addresses (see definition below), which are automatically recognised by the webserver (see definition below), and session information such as the duration of the visit and the type of browser (see definition below) used. Such information is only used where we use cookies and for system administration of the website and to compile statistics which we use to review use of the website.

2.1.2 Users’ name, address, job title, company name, sector or other information you voluntarily supply to us for analysing who is using the training databank and what case studies may interest users in the future. Such information will not be disclosed to third parties without the consent of the individual to whom the data relates.

2.1.3 To provide you with any information or service you request including updates on the training databank and on the National Training Awards. You are able to opt out of receiving this information should you wish.

Definitions
